Corporate Volunteering
Volunteering is an integral part of Nasdaq’s corporate responsibility initiatives.
Purpose@Work provides a framework for finding, creating and leading volunteer projects. Through our events, volunteering and nonprofit board service programs, Nasdaq employees actively engage with each other and their communities.
Nasdaq provides all full and part-time employees two paid days a year to volunteer.

We invest and elevate our communities by supporting select non-profit organizations through our Nasdaq Giving and Matchings Gifts Program.
Every year, all Nasdaq employees and contractors around the world are granted $1,000 (USD) of company-matching gifts towards eligible charitable organizations of their choice, empowering employees to do more for the causes they care about.
