Nasdaq Clearing now offers Active Accounts in accordance with the requirements set out under EMIR 3.0. Clearing participants subject to the clearing obligation can establish and maintain active accounts with Nasdaq Clearing to meet regulatory obligations.

As part of this service, Nasdaq Clearing provides:

• Certificates and documentation confirming account activity and compliance status.
