Innovative European Building Company Aims to Transform and Revolutionize American Housing Market

European construction technology company, announces plans to build factory in the United States, bringing first-of-its-kind innovation to the American single-family housing construction market. SYSTEM 3E’s mortarless frame building product enables quick construction of durable and ecological houses and is already making waves in Europe.

The 3 “E’s” represent “Energy saving,” “Economics” and “Ecology” and best describe the technology’s positive implications on the construction process. A unique trait of SYSTEM 3E is the mortar-free connection of elements. Walls are built in Lego-like fashion, using a "click-click" securing method. The unique shape of the element guarantees a simple, quick, and clean construction process, contributing to astronomical fiscal and time savings in the home-building process.

Unique properties of perlite guaranteed by nature

SYSTEM 3E elements are composed primarily of perlite, a natural volcanic rock, which is commonly found in the United States and around the world. Notably, the United States owns 15% of the worlds perlite deposits. Walls constructed by 3E Elements have excellent thermal insulation properties and do not require insulation with artificial materials such as polystyrene or mineral wool. This means that homes built with SYSTEM 3E technology are protected against both low and high temperatures. In addition, the volcanic origin of perlite guarantees high resistance to fire – tests show that walls made with SYSTEM 3E technology achieved top fire-resistance parameters scores at REI 240+ M. 3E elements have an alkaline pH of 12.8, lending themselves to protection against mold that may otherwise develop in walls. Backed by corresponding certificates and tests, SYSTEM 3E technology is currently the thinnest and warmest single-layer wall available in European Union markets.

Polish invention as an opportunity for the American real estate market

“Demand for homes in the U.S. is huge, and in 2021 alone, housing prices rose by seventeen percent. These results are not only our motivation, but also a real business opportunity to become active on the American market. We believe that thanks to the presence of SYSTEM 3E overseas, we will join the process of increasing the supply of houses made in harmony with nature,” says Dariusz Lewandowski, CEO of SYSTEM 3E.

Moreover, the prices of the most popular raw material for building houses in the United States—wood—have risen sharply in recent years. In February of 2022, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) estimated that the cost of the timber necessary for the construction of a new home was almost three times its average pre-pandemic price. Contributing factors include still-disturbed supply chains and high duties imposed on imported Canadian timber, in addition to fires that ravaged British Columbia and the Western portion of the United States. In 2021 alone, fires consumed more than seven million acres of forest and nearly six thousand buildings, sixty percent of which were residential buildings.

In order to meet the potential of the American market, the company is offering investors the opportunity to invest via the Wefunder platform. The Company plans to launch construction of a SYSTEM 3E factory in the United States as early as 2024. The factory will produce approximately two million elements per year, which will allow the construction of up to one thousand homes per year. Join the group of the company's investors via the WeFunder website: (https://wefunder.com/system.3e.company).

“We know that American investors will be interested in our offer. The fact that we are serious about activity in local markets is clearly demonstrated by our plan to build a factory, which, in addition to creating new jobs, will significantly increase our production capacity. Local production and a shortened supply chain will allow us to efficiently execute customer orders,” adds Dariusz Lewandowski, CEO of SYSTEM 3E.

The company's technological solutions are protected by patent law in key global markets, including the United States. 3E’s international debut has already occured, with homes actively being built in Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands and Great Britain. One hundred ten houses made of SYSTEM 3E’s perlite elements already exist, with many more under active construction.
