Since 2013, he has focused on corporate governance transformation, board effectiveness, and sustainable long-term strategies. A certified director from the IoD (UK), George is a Practitioner member of the European Corporate Governance Institute, and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce.
