Andreas is Senior Investor Relations Officer in Royal Dutch Shell with accountability for the ESG narrative. This includes energy transition and how Shell will transition its business towards becoming a net zero emissions energy business by 2050 or sooner. Andreas is also looking after the strong stakeholder relationship with CA100+/IIGCC and Board engagements wit investors. As part of the role, Andreas has many dialogues with the investor communities on the energy transition and the role of the energy sector. This includes essential topics such as transparency, regulatory initiatives and benchmarks. Andreas has worked in the energy sector in the past 20 years in various commercial and finance roles. His previous role was Finance Manager for one of the largest integrated energy facilities in the world. Outside work, Andreas is enjoying competing in sports and spend time with his wife and their 3 sons.
