The fraudulent domain names brought to our attention are nasdaqwith.com and nasdaqwo.com, but the fraudulent claims may not be limited to only these addresses.

Nasdaq does not accept funds, create accounts, or facilitate transfers for individual investors under any circumstances, including with respect to cryptocurrency assets. Be aware that any person(s) who contact you regarding opening an account with Nasdaq or claiming to be a representative from Nasdaq are not representatives of Nasdaq or in any way associated with Nasdaq.

If you believe you are the victim of fraud, please contact your local FBI office via the Internet Crime Complaint Center, for U.S. based investors. Non-U.S. based investors should contact their local law enforcement.
