About This Event

Scholastic Corp. (Nasdaq: SCHL), the global children’s publishing, education and media company, visits the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square in celebration of 100 years of the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards – the nation’s longest running and most prestigious program for creative teens in grades 7-12. The company is joined by the staff and board members of non-profit administrator of the program, Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, as well as student recipients of the Awards.  In honor of the occasion, Peter Warwick, President and CEO, rings the Opening Bell.
