Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, references to “Organizer” shall mean Nasdaq, Inc., references to the “Event” shall mean the event, exhibition, or conference specified on the ticket, and references to “Ticket Holder” shall mean the individual purchasing one or more ticket(s) to said Event.

The purchase of tickets to the Event are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Agreement. By opting to purchase, allocate, or possess tickets to the Event, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
  2. Changes to Terms and Conditions. Organizer reserved the risk to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add or remove sections from these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice to the Ticket Holder. These changes will apply retroactively to the date of purchase of Event tickets.
  3. License. As the Ticket Holder, you understand and agree that the ticket you purchased represents a revocable license for you to access the Event. This license may be revoked at any time by Organizer at its sole discretion, without any prior notification or compensation options.
  4. Security. The Ticket Holder hereby agrees to present the ticket and, if required, photo identification upon arrival at the Event. Venue management and the Organizer reserve the right to conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
  5. Responsibilities of Ticket Holder. As the Ticket Holder, you assume full responsibility for the Event tickets once you have received them. The Organizer expressly disclaims any liability for tickets that are lost, stolen, damages, destroyed, or rendered unusable in any other way. As the Ticket Holder, you accept that ticket sales are deemed to be final and are not subject to refunds, exchanges, or cancellation except as provided for herein.
  6. No Resale. The Ticket Holder is not permitted to re-sell, copy, reproduce, or misrepresent the tickets in any form. You are not permitted to use to ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and competitions) without prior written consent from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the tickets if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Ticket Holder has engaged in any such activities.
  7. Violation of Terms and Conditions. The Organizer has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of these Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.
  8. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Event. If the Event is canceled in its entirety due to any circumstances, regardless of whether such circumstance is within the control of the Organizer, the Organizer shall have the sole and absolute right to, at its discretion, reschedule the Event, issue a partial or full refund, or not issue any refunds. The decision of the Organizer shall be considered final. If the Event is cancelled, the refund, if issued, will be issued for the printed value of the ticket(s). The Ticket Holder cannot claim, under any circumstances, refunds for any other associated fees. If the Organizer elects to reschedule the event to another date, the Ticket Holder shall not be eligible for any refunds of any kind.
  9. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL ORGANIZER BE LIABLE TO TICKET HOLDER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE RELEVANT PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ORGANIZER’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, EXCEED THE PRINTED VALUE OF THE TICKET WHICH THE TICKET HOLDER PURCHASED.
  10. Photography and Video. Ticket Holder hereby acknowledges that Organizer may take photographs, record video or sound, or use any other method of capturing the Event (the “Recordings”). Ticket Holder further grants Organizer permission, which permission cannot be withdrawn, to capture their likeness in such Recordings and to publish such Recordings in any manner and on any platform or media the Organizer, in its sole discretion, deems suitable.
  11. Dispute. In case of any dispute between the Ticket Holder and the Organizer, the decision of the Organizer shall be deemed final.
