Shanty Khurana serves as Senior Director, AxiomSL FinReg Product, Americas at Nasdaq. In her role, Shanty is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions across AMER markets.  Shanty joined Nasdaq in 2025 and brings extensive experience to Nasdaq building middle‑ and back‑office products for global investment firms.  She’s held senior leadership roles at Barclays and worked at JPMorgan Chase, where she grew from a technology product manager into the Treasury/CIO Chief Data Officer, leading a global team. 

Shanty holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University in New York City.
