Alexander Vaksman is a Senior Director at Nasdaq, responsible for overseeing all Nasdaq AxiomSL engagements across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. With more than 18 years of experience in the regulatory technology industry and having worked across over 15 countries, Alexander brings extensive global expertise in regulatory reporting, risk and compliance technology and large‑scale transformation programs.

Throughout his career, Alexander has helped Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions modernize their regulatory infrastructure—spanning Capital, Liquidity, IFRS, EBA frameworks and multi‑jurisdictional reporting—while accelerating their adoption of Nasdaq AxiomSL’s end‑to‑end platform and RegCloud operating model. Known for his commercial leadership and strategic vision, he plays a critical role in expanding new business and deepening Nasdaq’s footprint within key enterprise accounts.

He holds a Masters in International Business Management from Kingston University, and a BA (Hons) in Business Operations Management and International Business from London Metropolitan University.
