Vecima Networks (TSE:VCM) has released an update.
Vecima Networks Inc. has announced the termination of an asset purchase agreement with Casa Systems, Inc. due to the latter’s cable business assets being sold to another bidder at a U.S. Bankruptcy Court-approved auction. Consequently, Vecima is canceling subscription receipts and will be returning funds to the holders. Vecima is known for its contributions to the development of multi-gigabit networks and broadband services.
