Kenmare Resources plc has reported a tragic fatality at its Moma Titanium Minerals Mine in Mozambique, leading to a temporary halt of mining and processing operations for a safety review. The incident, which occurred during a night shift, involved a contractor employee and has prompted an ongoing investigation with involvement from local authorities. Despite this, the company has now resumed full operations, excluding the area of the incident, and is providing support to the deceased’s family and colleagues.
