StoneCo, a Brazilian payment processor focused on small and medium-sized businesses, raised $1.1 billion by offering 47.7 million shares at $24, above the range of $21 to $23. StoneCo plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol STNE. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Citi, Itau BBA, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and BTG Pactual acted as lead managers on the deal.
