In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Nike topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 1.9%. Year to date, Nike has lost about 17.6% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Micron Technology, trading down 2.1%. Micron Technology is showing a gain of 240.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Carvana, trading down 1.4%, and TransDigm Group, trading up 1.5% on the day.
