In early trading on Friday, shares of Fortinet topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 7.7%. Year to date, Fortinet registers a 5.3% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Intel, trading down 12.7%. Intel is showing a gain of 28.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Moderna, trading down 7.6%, and Halliburton, trading up 4.9% on the day.
