In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Intel topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 8.2%. Year to date, Intel registers a 216.5% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Fair Isaac, trading down 7.1%. Fair Isaac is lower by about 31.2% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Datadog, trading down 6.3%, and Medtronic, trading up 5.4% on the day.
