S&P 500 Movers: CVNA, AKAM

In early trading on Friday, shares of Akamai Technologies topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 21.4%. Year to date, Akamai Technologies registers a 62.4% gain.

And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Carvana, trading down 80.0%. Carvana is lower by about 81.1% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Mettler-Toledo International, trading down 10.1%, and Monster Beverage, trading up 12.6% on the day.
