In early trading on Monday, shares of Honeywell International topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 7.5%. Year to date, Honeywell International registers a 42.2% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Coherent, trading down 8.8%. Coherent is showing a gain of 87.4% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are The Trade Desk, trading down 6.2%, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals, trading up 6.8% on the day.
