S&P 500 Movers: BDX, DDOG

In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Datadog topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 10.1%. Year to date, Datadog has lost about 7.7% of its value.

And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Becton, Dickinson, trading down 19.0%. Becton, Dickinson is lower by about 13.5% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Standard and Poors Global, trading down 9.0%, and Marriott International, trading up 8.8% on the day.
