(RTTNews) - RadNet, Inc. (RDNT), a diagnostic imaging services company, announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary DeepHealth has entered into a strategic collaboration with ConcertAI's TeraRecon.
This partnership will integrate TeraRecon's advanced visualization capabilities with DeepHealth's cloud-native AI-powered Diagnostic Suite, creating a unified diagnostic workspace aimed at enhancing radiology workflows and diagnostic precision.
The collaboration will also incorporate DeepHealth's clinical AI solutions into TeraRecon's ecosystem, improving interpretive efficiency for radiologists and expanding access to essential AI-powered diagnostic tools.
Commenting on the Partnership, Kees Wesdorp, President and CEO of RadNet's Digital Health division said, "Partnering with TeraRecon allows us to integrate industry-leading visualization and clinical AI technology, equipping radiologists with the tools to improve efficiency and reduce variability. This collaboration strengthens DeepHealth OS, driving innovation in medical imaging."
RDNT closed Monday's (Feb.24 2025) trading at $60.16 up by 1.16 percent. In premarket trading Tuesday the stock is down by 1.00 percent at $59.56 on the Nasdaq.
