CSR Limited (AU:CSR) has released an update.
Norges Bank has ceased to be a substantial holder in CSR Limited as of May 30, 2024, following a series of changes in its interest in the company’s voting securities. These changes involved transactions of collateral shares received and returned over the course of several days, significantly altering the bank’s voting power. The final transaction led to a decrease of 5,742,702 common stocks in Norges Bank’s possession.
