Nasdaq 100 Movers: AMGN, DDOG

In early trading on Friday, shares of Datadog topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 5.1%. Year to date, Datadog registers a 2.1% gain.

And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Amgen, trading down 5.7%. Amgen is lower by about 0.2% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Monolithic Power Systems, trading down 3.0%, and Palantir Technologies, trading up 4.8% on the day.
