Mosman Oil and Gas Limited has expanded its portfolio by acquiring a 10% interest in the Vecta Helium Project in Colorado, with Vecta retaining the majority share and operational control. The strategically positioned project is in an area with historic helium production, and the company plans to drill five exploration wells in 2024, with funding from existing cash and potential asset sales. CEO Andy Carroll expressed confidence in leveraging the company’s expertise in helium, as part of a broader corporate strategy to focus on helium and hydrogen opportunities.
