The Manitou Group’s Annual General Meeting, held on June 13, 2024, saw shareholders approve the fiscal year 2023 financial statements and a dividend of €1.35 per share, set for payment on June 19th. Shareholders also adopted all resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors. The company, a leader in the handling, aerial work platform, and earthmoving sectors, reported a 2023 turnover of €2.9 billion and maintains a strong focus on innovation and environmental protection.
