Monitronics is the second largest home security alarm monitoring company in the U.S. The company caters to over 1 million residential and commercial customers across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. It expects to expand the customer base further through Harte-Hanks' marketing services.
This is the first contract Harte-Hanks has secured after the acquisition of Aleutian Consulting on Mar 7, 2016. The company will integrate Monitronics' paid search, paid social and display channels to transfer qualified users to the site and convert them into customers. This deal is vital for Harte Hanks as it will help it expand its own customer base as well.
Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, Harte Hanks is a marketing services firm which provides relevant, connected and quality customer interactions across digital and traditional platforms.
Harte Hanks offers proficiency in product, pricing, channel optimization and promotion design. The company lists several Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the telecommunications and technology industries, as its clients.
The company strives to boost revenues through organic growth strategies and acquisitions. It is planning to invest around $200 million for acquisitions over the next couple of years.
