In trading on Friday, the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Quanex Building Products, up about 19.4% and shares of Pultegroup, up about 1.8% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the First Trust Nasdaq Semiconductor ETF, off about 4.5% in Friday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Friday were shares of Proshares Ultra Semiconductors, lower by about 10.3%, and shares of Broadcom, lower by about 9.2% on the day.
