Friday Sector Laggards: Construction, Packaging & Containers

In trading on Friday, construction shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Shimmick, off about 18.3% and shares of IES Holdings off about 2.5% on the day.

Also lagging the market Friday are packaging & containers shares, down on the day by about 1.1% as a group, led down by Amcor, trading lower by about 6.2% and Sonoco Products, trading lower by about 1.9%.
