Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.
Exor N.V. has effectively utilized around €93 million of the €125 million allocated for the first tranche of its share buyback program, acquiring 914,768 ordinary shares. With the recent transactions, Exor now holds 5,812,312 treasury shares, representing 2.63% of its total ordinary share capital.
