In early trading on Tuesday, shares of International Business Machines topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 3.1%. Year to date, International Business Machines has lost about 12.2% of its value.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Caterpillar, trading down 4.6%. Caterpillar is showing a gain of 70.2% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are NVIDIA, trading down 3.1%, and Walmart, trading up 1.9% on the day.
