In early trading on Tuesday, shares of UnitedHealth Group topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 9.1%. Year to date, UnitedHealth Group registers a 6.9% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Amgen, trading down 2.1%. Amgen is showing a gain of 4.7% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Merck, trading down 2.1%, and MMM, trading up 3.2% on the day.
