The approval by CACREP indicates that the program has met or exceeded the necessary national standards and was recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Other Capella Education programs that have received accreditation from the Council are the Mental Health Counseling program, Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy program, and the School Counseling program.
