Calima Energy Limited has announced a return of capital to shareholders, with a payment of AUD 0.1264 per security set to be distributed on June 21, 2024. Trading of the re-organized securities will begin on an ‘ex return of capital’ basis from June 13, 2024. The company’s unlisted options and performance securities will also see an adjustment in exercise prices and vesting hurdles.
