Alarm.com, a cloud-connected security and home automation platform with 2.4 million subscribers, raised $98 million by offering 7 million shares at $14, the midpoint of the $13-$15 range. At its offer price, Alarm.com commands a fully diluted market cap of $669 million and an enterprise value of $567 million. Alarm.com will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ALRM. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
