2U prices IPO at $13, the high end of the range

2U, a cloud-based platform for online degree programs at nonprofit universities, raised $119 million by offering 9.2 million shares at $13, the high end of the $11 to $13 range. The company will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol TWOU. 2U initially filed confidentially on December 11, 2013. Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
