Rob serves as primary Nasdaq liaison to CEOs, CFOs, Senior Executives and Board Members of public companies in the United States and Canada. Rob coordinates multiple teams in executing Nasdaq’s listing and corporate partnerships: Market Intelligence, Trading, Regulatory, Governance, Finance, Corporate Solutions, Data & Analytics, and Communications & Marketing.
Rob’s responsibilities include new listings business development. He supports several multi-channel clients of Nasdaq’s Listing, Trading, Market Data and Technology platforms. Rob also manages relationships with several strategic partners including investment banks, private equity firms, portfolio managers, industry groups, business incubators, and consular offices.
Rob’s extensive Capital Markets experience includes Portfolio & Risk Management, Institutional Sales & Trading, Business Development, and Regulatory & Compliance. Prior to joining Nasdaq in 2011, Rob headed Investor Relations & Business Development for Summit Private Investments, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. He spent 10 years in institutional fixed-income trading & brokerage, in the U.S. and Canada. He started his exchange career at NYSE, first in Regulation and then in Listings.
Rob graduated Chaminade High School on Long Island, has an A.B. in Government from Hamilton College in New York, and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve from 1993 – 1997. Rob lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. Rob is a competitive U.S. Masters swimmer, and coaches swimming for the Special Olympics of New Jersey.
