These are the ceremonies for May 2025. Market opening and closing ceremonies take place on weekdays at the Nasdaq MarketSite Studio in Times Square and around the globe.

Kraken, the groundbreaking operating system transforming global utilities, visits the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. The company is launching their inaugural customer event in NYC this week and celebrating the announcement of their first partnership with a large North American utility.

In honor of the occasion, Amir Orad, CEO of Kraken, rings the Opening Bell.
