How to prepare to changes in benefits enrollment
Transcript: Lisa, how are organizations preparing for these new expectations? How are they addressing it with their associates and their employees? It's a great question. Certainly, offering individual personal decision support during an open enrollment experience is one avenue, but nothing replaces good one on one communication. Sharing personal stories about how a benefit may be helped you or your family or spouse. That's great. That's what colleagues should do. Webinars are effective special events over communicating. Emails certainly are used, but mobile nudges in the moment to remind people right up until the last hour before open enrollment closes. Take advantage of all of those opportunities to overcommunicate, and also take advantage of the partnership with brokers like ADP or any benefit broker for real experts in communication, planning and helping employees be reminded about open enrollment and taking action on the benefits.
