Transcript:
It has to be all about tenacity and persistence, and knowing that it's a marathon, not a sprint.
We want to have always the perfect option in terms of vehicle for you, no matter what your travel requirement.
What we realized early on was that we were going to be serving something that was incredibly underserved in markets like India, Indonesia, Egypt, and the like, because car ownership rates were really 5%, 10%, and so it’s a fraction of what could have been relative to a developed Western market.
And we saw this as an opportunity to bring efficiency, and bring something to them which otherwise wouldn't have been there, and that's mobility and that’s freedom, flexibility, convenience, and that's really what it was about at a core story level.
Listing on Nasdaq is really about what is next for us as a company, as a platform. It really opens up a world of opportunity, as it’s one of the leading exchanges globally.
And being a global platform, truly, I think we believe this is the perfect way for us to really take ourselves to the next level and increase our reach and distribution. So we're very excited.
