It was founded on my father's aerospace business back in circa 2013. We had this incredible opportunity to develop this aircraft that leveraged all this new, incredibly interesting technology that was coming into play. Listing on Nasdaq to us means we're taking the company to the next level.

So we have been incredibly successful in the private sector raising financing. The Nasdaq listing allows retail investors to participate in our growth, allows us to tell our story better and allows us to raise capital to continue developing our incredible product. What excites me the most is bringing this technology to life and to change the way people travel around the country. What a great partner, we're really excited to be listed on the Nasdaq.
