Transcript:
We believe that the status quo is unacceptable, completely unacceptable, and we're always striving to move forward.
The story of Cintas is pretty amazing. It started back in 1929 when, we called our modern day founder, Dick Farmer, his grandfather.
He was out of a job and he went to various companies and found that they were throwing their cleaning towels into the garbage.
And he went there, took them out, laundered them at home, and then repurposed them back to those companies.
So at our heritage, we were really started as a recycling company, and that's still a lot of what we do, repurpose, recycle, reuse.
So you fast forward here we are today the largest provider of rental workwear in North America, the largest provider of van-delivered first-aid products in North America, and one of the largest fire services companies in the entire country.
We have a platform of which we're now very, very successful in large part because we went public and it provided the funds that allowed us to grow.
Ringing the bell here at Nasdaq was an amazing experience.
And we're so proud of our accomplishments over the last 40 years.
But we're more excited about what the future holds. And that's a large part of what makes Cintas special.
