Public Policy Advocacy
U.S. equities markets are a fundamental engine of innovation, economic growth and prosperity. Since Nasdaq published our 2017 blueprint to revitalize the equities markets, we’ve been working hard to advance regulatory reforms, modernize market structure, and promote a long-term view. In the two years since Nasdaq made those proposals, seven bills have passed a Committee or the House in Congress; and securities regulators have issued 13 rules and announcements to help address issues our proposals highlighted.
Effective Corporate Engagement
Built on the latest technology and designed with enhanced security features, our market leading board portal can easily scale to meet the dynamic meeting, collaboration and governance needs of corporate and company secretaries, general counsels, board members, and senior management leadership teams and committees.

Why Switch to Nasdaq?
- A company must submit a listing application along with supporting documents through the Listing Center. Once the required documents are received, Nasdaq Analysts perform a comprehensive review of applicants to determine if they satisfy all qualitative and quantitative standards for listing. It generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application. This time frame is variable and driven very much by the applicant. Nasdaq makes every effort to approve the application prior to the commencement of the planned road show, if needed, but in any case prior to pricing.
- Listing applications and related forms are available electronically through the Nasdaq Listing Center. Before completing your application electronically, please take a few minutes to review our Initial Listing Guide. Questions regarding the listing process should be directed to Listing Qualifications Staff at +1 301 978 8008.
- You can also list ETFs and bonds with Nasdaq. Please refer to our Continued Listing Guide for important information about Nasdaq's continued listing standards, required disclosures, notifications and fees.
