Nasdaq Policy Relating to the ESMA Guidelines

Nasdaq publishes transparent and clear index descriptions, rules-based index methodologies, fact sheets and index constituents for each index.

The 2013 European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) guidelines regarding ETFs and UCITS issues require that index providers publish constituent and weightings for all licensed Nasdaq index UCITS funds per the guidelines.

To fully comply, Nasdaq will also publish the required constituent and weights for all licensed Nasdaq index UCITS funds affected by the guidelines. The constituents and weights for the selected indexes will be published on this page. The index constituent weights will be updated following each index rebalancing according to the window described by ESMA.
