    87% of respondents expect several headwinds to impact their roles in 2025.

    Uncertainty around the macroeconomic and geopolitical environments is the most frequently cited headwind, with specific concerns around inflation, interest rates, and overall economic growth.

    13% do not anticipate that these headwinds will impact their roles, implying that although broader concerns remain, some respondents have acclimated to the uncertain backdrop.

    To better engage with these stakeholders, respondents cite efforts to leverage the internal leadership bench, rotate members of the C-suite across engagements, and identify high potential investors to place in front of management.
