Learning Technologies Group "achieved everything predicted" with GP Strategies acquisition

Learning Technologies Group PLC (AIM:LTG, OTC:LTTHF) chief executive Jonathan Satchell talks to Thomas Warner from Proactive after releasing full year results for 2022 - a year dominated by the integration of talent transformation provider GP Strategies.
Satchell says that in 2022 LTG "achieved everything predicted" when the acquisition was announced back in October 2021, noting that GP Strategies achieved a 6% organic constant currency revenue growth despite the challenge of the integration process.
