Gary Chu is general counsel at Fnality International, taking responsibility for the company's legal and regulatory affairs.  He is also a member of its executive leadership team.

Before joining Fnality in 2019, Gary served as a senior legal counsel at UBS, one of the company’s founding shareholders, advising on the bank’s strategic technology and innovation initiatives.  

With over 17 years of professional experience in England and Australia, Gary combines legal excellence with a deep understanding of business, technology and policy drivers to deliver first-rate solutions for complex regulated businesses.  He has been based in London, UK since 2009.

Gary holds degrees in law and business from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
