Andrew Derboben is Associate Vice President and Global Head of Security Operations and Incident Response for Nasdaq. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s information security operations and incident response activities to support Nasdaq’s trading and market systems, as well the Market Technology and Corporate Solutions businesses within the Global Technology group. He has more than 25 years of experience in law enforcement, forensic investigations, and information technology within both the government and private industries. Prior to joining Nasdaq, he held various leadership positions in security operations, security engineering, computer forensics, and a federal agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in System and Network Administration from Bellevue University.
