About This Event
The National Cybersecurity Alliance visits the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square ahead of its 2022 Cybersecurity Summit, an event consisting of a collection of panels, fireside chats and networking opportunities. This year’s summit will tackle the challenges the cybersecurity industry faces in the wake of unparalleled connectivity, persistent nation-state threat actors and increasing business security risks. From disruptive supply chain attacks to global cyberwarfare and rampant online scamming, the pervasiveness and frequency of cyberattacks have never been more apparent. Thanks to continued news coverage about the fallout of major cyber incidents and growing awareness of the importance of responsible security practices, the industry is booming. And as cybersecurity takes center stage in the public eye, industry leaders are increasingly tasked with safeguarding users and organizations in a constantly evolving threat landscape.
As part of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, the National Cybersecurity Alliance and Nasdaq will join together for “Cybersecurity at the Center,” where today’s security leaders in government, industry, nonprofits and academia come together to discuss the current state of cybersecurity and the future of the space.
In honor of the occasion, Lisa Plaggemier, Executive Director, National Cybersecurity Alliance and Jordan Fuhr, Senior Vice President, Strategic Cyber Partnerships & Communications, Wells Fargo ring the Opening Bell.
