Since the publication of a Presidential Executive Order on deep-sea mining on April 24, 2025, and TMC’s submission of the world’s first application for commercial recovery of deep-sea minerals in the High Seas under the existing U.S. seabed mining code, the Company and the deep-sea mining industry have taken historic leaps forward.
