About This Event

To recognize Mental Health Awareness Month, this Nasdaq Opening Bell Ringing ceremony recognizes organizations and companies that are creating wellness practices, solutions and concepts to transform the future of health, enrich the wellness world and invest in the wellbeing of others. Convened by Sesame Workshop, the global impact nonprofit behind Sesame Street supporting the emotional well-being of young children and families, and Headspace, the world's most comprehensive provider of mental health and well-being care, this historic bell is rung by none other than the beloved Elmo. This ceremony recognizes companies who are championing positive and proactive mental health initiatives. In honor of the occasion, Elmo, Everybody's Favorite Furry Red Monster, rings the Opening Bell.
