Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited has established an Independent Board Committee and appointed Octal Capital Limited as the Independent Financial Adviser to assist its shareholders in evaluating a voluntary cash partial offer by Rainbow Capital. The Independent Board Committee, comprising four independent non-executive directors, will guide shareholders on the fairness and reasonableness of the offer. Shareholders will receive further advice and recommendations in the forthcoming response document.
